No, the Wangaratta Turf Club is a NO BYO Venue and Liquor Licensing prohibits alcohol been brought into the venue. Patrons bringing in alcohol to the course will be evicted and may be fined.
No, unfortunately due to Liquor Licensing, liquids of any sought are not allowed to enter the racecourse as these have previously been used to sneak in alcohol. You may however bring empty drink bottles into the course which you can fill up at our complimentary refrigerated drinking fountain throughout the day. We also have other non alcoholic beverages available for purchase at the Canteen.
Yes, however no glass jars or sharp knives are permitted. Catering Platters are also able to be purchased online via each race day package options, along with a variety of food options available on course throughout the day. *No food is able to be brought into the King Valley Lawn Experience Package

Yes, your marquee or umbrella will be available from 8am race morning to decorate no less than 30 minutes before the gates open or once the gates open. The venue has an exclusion on patrons 30 minutes prior to the gates opening time. All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the race day.
Yes, we have plenty of free kids activities including playground, giant water slide, pony rides, Kelly sports activities, face painting and arts and crafts activities to entertain the kids all day long.
